Smart Busway Temperature Monitoring System
Intelligent Real-Time Monitoring for Enhanced Busway Protection

The Smart Busway Temperature Monitoring System provides continuous monitoring of critical conductor and busbar connection temperatures, helping detect abnormal temperature rise before it develops into a serious fault. Wireless sensors installed at key connection points continuously transmit temperature data without the need for complex signal wiring.

The system can identify abnormal heating caused by loose connections, overload conditions, increased contact resistance, and other operating abnormalities. Early detection enables timely corrective action, helping reduce the risk of equipment damage, unexpected shutdowns, and potential safety hazards. Temperature data can be monitored, recorded, and analyzed to support condition-based maintenance. Through RS-485 / Modbus RTU communication, the system can be integrated with building management systems and other supervisory monitoring platforms
