1996
Al Tawakal Group acquired Nassib Torcom; a trading company specialized in lighting and changed its name to Nassib Torcom & Tawakal.
1998
Couple of years later, Altawakal Group established a lighting factory in El Obour city.
2005
The company opened a 1st class automated factory to produce Cable Management Systems.
2008
Following the market needs, NTT established a Hot-Dip Galvanization plant.
2011

And then, the company added an assembly plant for low voltage Panel Boards and became a Prisma Partner with Schneider Electric.
2017
We obtained the ISO TUV 2015 - 9001 ISO TUV 2015 - 14001 / ISO TUV 2018 - 45001 Quality Management Certification.
2018
Built a local professional indoor and outdoor architectural lighting brand SOLIS.
2019
Established a factory for Bus- trunking system , power system solutions "pss".
2023
As part of its innovation strategy, NTT launched CE SOLIS, introducing advanced and energy efficient lighting solutions.
2024
As part of our regional growth strategy , NTT founded east of west in Libya expanding our presence in North Africa.
2025
As part of its regional expansion, Al Tawakal NTT entered the Gulf market by establishing a new branch in Saudi Arabia under the name AL TAWAKOL NTT International.
